Corporate Nominees
Two (2) corporate nominees, each of whom must be at senior executive or senior management level, can be registered.

Membership Duration
Membership will commence on the first day of the month following the date of registration as noted above and will run for a period of twelve (12) months.

Membership Fee
The fee for a full twelve months' period is US$3,500 and will be invoiced in NT$ at the official exchange rate on the date of registration, with the addition of sales tax at 5%.

Payment
A Government Uniform Invoice, together with instructions for payment, will be issued on receipt of the registration form.
